Step TWO - RFx Publishing
Publishing an RFP, RFQ, RFI (known collectively as an RFx) in either electronic or web-enabled format is easy with APES/INFORequestor! Once you have selected the appropriate RFx questions as described in the previous step, it is a very easy process to publish the completed RFx.
Use the screen shown below to actually generate (write) the RFP, RFQ, or RFI. Just select or enter the Title you want to use for the RFX document being created (see Report Title box).
Once the title has been entered, simply clicking one button will create either a web-enabled or electronic RFP or other RFx document type. Click "Make Request Disk" to automatically create an Electronic RFP or other RFx document type. Click "Make Web Request" to automatically generate the HTML needed for an interactive, web-enabled RFx document.
