APES provides THOUSANDS of Pre-loaded RFQ, RFI, and RFP questions to select from, or you can easily create your own using the screen shown. Extremely easy to use, APES enables maximum RFx flexibility and accuracy using the RFP question/response formats described below.

Enjoy complete flexibility of RFI/RFQ/RFP question formats! Why limit RFP effectiveness by being restricted to just YES/NO or pre-configured responses? APES/INFORequestor allows any number of custom questions in any format:

A full Features Supported Matrix offers significant decision-making and legal advantages. Enjoy these benefits immediately!
Unlimited Multiple Answer responses. Increase RFx efficiency by allowing vendors to select or deselect from a list of related features or capabilities.
Detail Discussion Box. Ideal for obtaining vendor explanations, proposed milestones, installation plans, etc..
Unlimited Multiple Choice responses. You define the choices available for a vendor response, and ensure maximum RFx consistency and effectiveness!
Single Line of Text entry. Great for obtaining names, titles, degrees, and similar one line entries.
Yes/No responses. The easiest responses to compare, although not always the clearest. Obtain the best results using a Yes/No paired with a detail Discussion Box where the vendor may explain why a specific feature/capability is or is not available.
Numeric Only
    and much more...

Note that all vendor response input is VALIDATED against what you specify! This ensures quick and accurate comparisons! This means that if you only want a vendor to respond with Yes or No, that is all they enter. Or, if you specify "black widget, white widget, and red widget" as the potential answers in a multiple choice question, the vendor is forced to select one of those three choices.

Would you like to label RFP items as "Mandatory"(High priority), "Very Important" (High-medium priority), "Nice-to-have" (Medium priority), or "Don't Care" (Low priority)? No problem!

All User Surveys, RFQ, RFI, and RFP (referred to as RFx) formats are supported:

Paper for mail or fax distribution
Electronic RFx for distribution by email, download, diskette, or CD.
Web-enabled RFx for viewing and responding online
